A stone villa, a pool and two guesthouses
A traditionally styled main villa with four bedrooms, two independent guest accommodations, a private panoramic pool, outdoor kitchen, covered veranda, 7,050 m² of land, olive and fruit trees, a working well and covered parking.
Why it caught our eye
The €450,000 asking price combines a ready-to-live country retreat, six advertised bedrooms across three accommodations, a pool and more than 1.7 acres of private hillside grounds.
Before you fall in love
The villa is newly built in traditional style, not a restored historic house. The advertised 200 m² applies to the main villa; the first guesthouse is reported at 47 m² and the second guest unit has no stated area, so 200 m² is not the total property floor area. The agent reports energy class B, a septic tank, connected utilities and full furnishings. Verify title, cadastral areas, registration and legal habitability of both guest units, rental permissions, septic condition, well rights, pool compliance, boundaries, access, inclusions and condition independently.
Ask the agent
- Is the home still available, and is this the current asking price?
- What work is needed, and are independent survey reports available?
- What taxes, legal fees, ongoing charges and ownership restrictions apply?
- Can you provide a current video tour, floor plan and title documents?
We checked the advertised source, not the home itself. We have not independently inspected, valued or verified title to this property.
