These terms govern the current free Secret Homes Abroad property discovery service. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We organize publicly advertised property facts, original listing links and editorial observations. We are not the listing agent, a property inspector, a legal adviser or a party to a property transaction. We do not handle deposits, negotiate purchases or provide personalized investment advice.

2. Accuracy and availability

Listings may be changed, withdrawn or sold without notice. Information comes from third parties and may contain errors. “Source checked” means the source page was reviewed at the recorded time, not that availability, title, condition or value has been independently verified. Confirm all material facts with the agent and qualified local advisers.

3. Prices and costs

Asking prices are shown in the source currency unless explicitly identified otherwise. They exclude any additional taxes, legal costs, transfer fees, renovations, financing, insurance and ongoing costs. Editorial assessments do not establish fair market value or a guaranteed saving.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to register. Use your own sign-in account, protect your access and do not impersonate others. Your private notes are research aids, not instructions to an agent. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service, compromise security or infringe others' rights.

5. Free access and future paid services

Founding access is free. No paid subscription or automatic trial is currently offered. We will not charge you without a separate checkout that clearly states the price, renewal terms, cancellation process and applicable refund rights. If paid services launch, their terms must be presented before purchase.

6. Content and acceptable use

You may use the service for personal property research and share links to public pages. Do not resell our collection, bypass account controls, overwhelm the service, copy third-party photographs without permission or use the service to send spam. Original listing content remains subject to its owner's rights.

7. Submissions and corrections

Only submit material you may lawfully share. Property submissions do not guarantee publication. If you authorize photo use, specify the copyright owner, permitted channels, attribution, term and any limits. Report errors and rights concerns through our contact page.

8. Liability and consumer rights

We cannot guarantee a listing's accuracy, a property's suitability or continuous service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on third-party listing information or independent property transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and ending use

You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through the contact page. Material changes will be described on this page; changes to paid terms, if introduced, require the applicable notice and consent.
